Characteristics: White crystal, relative density is 1.0803, melting point is 190ºC, soluble in water easily, soluble slightly in alcohol, insoluble in ketone, PH of 1% water solution is 4.5.

Primary Applications: Used as a fire-proofing agent for wood, paper, and fabric; additive for fire-retardant coatings and powder extinguishing agents. For food grade, it is mainly used as ferment and nourishment.
